About me

Tactical Ops Meets Team Culture.
With 6 years as a Naval Officer and a degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, I learned early how critical clear communication and strong leadership are to any mission. Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years in business operations, resource development, and human capital consulting—helping leaders build high-functioning teams across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

From managing nonprofit growth to standardizing policy in the defense world, I’ve tackled complex org challenges and helped teams work better, faster, and with more purpose. I hold a Master’s in Public Administration and have studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology—so I know both the theory and the boots-on-the-ground reality of what makes teams thrive.
