Let's face it: we live in a world that is constantly on fire. This is the perfect breeding ground for apathy in the workplace, and I am tired of the notion that we must trudge along and concede to "business as usual." I know you are, too.
In a world where workers are at the mercy of their employer, it's easy to prioritize fast-paced profit over an environment built on compassion. But in the words of activist Toni Cade Bambara: not all speed is movement. Even in remote settings, tension builds when a team knows they're just another body in the corporate machine. I am all about reconfiguring what it means to exist in this world, without inheriting the worst parts of it.

With over a decade of experience in consulting, a Master's in Public Administration, and a deep-rooted knowledge of organizational psychology, I teach orgs that a good work environment is more than just values printed on a wall. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes operator for people stuff (passive aggressive bosses HATE to see me coming).
I am anti systems of oppression in all forms. Human connection and respect are the pulse of my work. I operate from a place of care and creativity, and believe that we can create productive, human-centered workplaces that are ethical.
